The Green River Valley Museum was formed to perpetuate and preserve the history and culture of the Green River Valley in western Wyoming.  Its goal is to honor the many hard working families who have built a unique community. We are a non- profit corporation. Admission to the Museum is by donation. All contributions are greatly appreciated. 2016 Highlights May 12: “Wyoming, the Sheepherder State” with John Farr. Thursday, 6PM. June 3: Museum opens for the summer season. Friday, 11AM. June 11: Opening program, Saturday, 1PM. June 15: Archival Records Training Workshop, 9AM to 3:30PM. See our events page for more details. Sept. 17: Hardhats & Stetsons Cowboy Poetry & Dessert Auction Saturday at the Boulder Community Center. Cowboy Poet Andy Nelson and singer Brenn Hill return. This event is a fundraiser for the Green River Valley Museum. Starting at 5:30PM. Oct. 8: Tales of Wyoming’s Outlaw West  As told by Tom O’Day and Bronco Nell. Saturday at the GRVM, 6:00PM.
